Rapidly Disappearing Taiwanese’ Right to Freedom of Speech

As a Taiwanese citizen here in Taiwan, we are asking for your help. Today, we were getting oppressed to our freedom of speech. Tomorrow, will we loose our right to any forms of freedom? After China’s invasion of Taiwan, Taiwanese will all be marched to the concentration camp! Therefore, all the Taiwanese beseech all the Plurkers to help us by passing out our message. Without your help, we are all alone! With your help, we will be able to raise awareness and fight the Goliath.

Oppression to Taiwanese’ Freedom of Speech

Synopsis of the video

Some Taiwanese decided to protest against Chinese Envoy today.  They assembled on the overpass over the highway which the Chinese Envoy will pass.  However, the police stormed the small group of protesters and tore off their banners, signs, and flags.  The protesters asked the police why people cannot observe their civil right to protest.  The police refused to answer and storm the small band of the protesters anyway.  The police even defaced a Republic of China’s flag but were afraid to show his face to the reporter.  The reporter questioned the precinct supervisor about the police defacing the flag.  The supervisor told the reporter no flag was torn.  The reporter pressed on and told the supervisor the act of tearing the flag was all caught on tape.  The supervisor told the reporter that it could be defaced/torn during the scuffle.
